If you are caught letting someone (other than yourself) ride, the rental will be terminated, and there will be no refund issued. All riders must be at least 10 years old or older. Don’t ride the cart in the street. Wear a helmet and eye protection. (Strongly suggested and provided) Follow all instructions: Listen to the safety briefing provided by the JPN Crazy Karts staff and follow all rules and guidelines for safe go cart operation. Keep a safe distance: Maintain a safe distance between your go cart and other drivers to avoid collisions. Do not bump into or push other go carts: It is important to drive responsibly and avoid aggressive driving behaviors that could lead to accidents. Stay seated and always keep hands and feet inside the go cart: Do not lean out of the go cart or attempt to reach for objects while driving. Be aware of your surroundings: Stay alert and watch for other drivers, obstacles, and changes in road conditions. Do not drive under the influence: Never operate a go cart while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Do not attempt to perform stunts or dangerous maneuvers: Stick to safe driving practices and avoid risky behavior. JPN Crazy Karts Rental Waiver To operate a JPN Crazy Kart riders must be at least 10 years old and have a parent or legal guardian's signature to participate. Riders acknowledge that risks may occur when operating an electric go cart. Risks may include bodily injuries and/or property damage. The rider agrees to be fully responsible for any costs associated with bodily injuries or property damages to themselves or others that arise during the use of JPN Crazy Karts. To help minimize the risk of head injuries, safety equipment such as helmets and eye protection will be provided. The rider acknowledges the risk of head injuries and may initial here if they choose to opt out wearing safety equipment. NOTE: MINORS ARE REQUIRED TO USE SAFETY EQUIPMENT AND CANNOT OPT OUT. An incidental damage fee of ___$50____ will be charged to each rider to cover potential cart damages. This fee will be refunded after the ride, provided no damages are assessed.
